Fixed issues with some Ati Radeon cards

It is added the ability to change resolution.
Some animations are added.

Some bugs have been fixed regarding joypad controls and vibrations.
The in-game tutorial on the first level was improved.

Now if the joypad is accidentally disconnected, the game pauses.
