Performance updates and improvements to monster AI

-Completely changed the way that clients keep track of the server's monster positioning. This is aimed at bringing big performance improvements and better hit detection.
-Enemies attack faster and more reliably when in range
-Slight decrease in character walking speed
-Cool text typing effect is fixed and returns to the intro
-Chickens are angrier
-Reduced the amount of particles on monsters for optimization.
-Monster spawners now trickly in spawns instead of spawning all at once, for performance benefits.

Major Monster Optimizations

-Made changes to the physics collision system on monsters allowing for many many creatures to be present without experiencing physics system related frame loss.
-Adjusted sound clip[ and volume for landing after a jump.

Vocalize

-All emotes now have sounds!
-Supporter's Pledge holders can now Vocalize and speak their words from chat out loud!!
-Sound level cleanup across the board.
-Closed up some holes to nowhere in the Caverns
-Fixed 'Enegry'

October Update

-Lighting and shadow optimizations
-Fixes to visuals on the starting screen
-New compass art
-Support for ultrawide screen resolutions.
