Tribe 0.09.6 is now Live

0.09.6 Release Notes:

* Added album art import on track load (shows in browser and on CDJ3000 jog wheels)
* Added OpenKey format and wheel, toggleable in the track browser
* Added secondary sort box (pops up after selecting primary sort category)

* Changed Vive "reset control" input from down pad on both controllers to left pad on the left controller and right pad on the right. This fixes an input conflict that could make scrolling through the track list reset a control grabbed by the other hand.
* Added Hand Offset toggle in Settings > Equipment to optionally use previous hand position (tracked from the controller root instead of matching your real hand). Useful for Vive users who find the controllers frequently clash when trying to use both hands in close proximity.

* Fixed Beatport track downloads occasionally failing on first load
* Fixed Beatport playlists only showing first 100 tracks (now supports any size)
* Increased brightness and blink speed of DJM-900NXS2 button lights for better visibility
* Fixed popping audio when scratching with master tempo enabled

Tribe 0.09.5 is now Live - New official Pioneer equipment

0.09.5 Release Notes:

New Features:
* In partnership with Pioneer DJ we've created official VR replicas of the latest industry standard equipment: the CDJ 3000 and DJM-900NXS2.
The Tribe classic equipment remains the default but you can unlock the new Pioneer gear for free in the Content menu.
- See notes from at the bottom for a full list of new features available on the Pioneer equipment.

* The following have also added to the Tribe classic equipment

Tribe CDJ:
- Tempo Range (+- 6/10/16/WIDE)
- Top/Side jog wheel interaction for scratching/jogging respectively while in vinyl mode. Decks also now default to vinyl mode.
- Time Mode button for toggling between time remaining/time played (button is left of the screen above the quantize button)
- New Sync/Master behavior: If two tracks are tempo-synced, but the beats are misaligned, the sync button will start flashing, indicating the tracks are BPM synced but not beat synced. To realign the beats of the track, turn sync off and then back on again. If you pause or set the position of the master player via search, needle search, or jogwheel, then it will lose it’s Master status, and it will be automatically switched to another playing beat synced deck if there is one.

Tribe Mixer:
- Color and Beat FX are now applied post-fader, meaning sustaining effects such as Echo, Ping Pong, and Reverb will ring out after lowering the volume fader
Sustaining Beat FX will decay naturally rather than immediately when toggling Beat FX off.
- Level knob now balances the mix between the dry and the FX signals, rather than adding the FX signal to the dry signal. Leads to more consistent volume for Effects like Echo and Reverb.
- At the leftmost position, the signal is 100% dry
- At the rightmost position, the signal is 100% FX and 0% dry
- Crush and Dub Echo Color FX are updated and improved

* Added Auto Grab mode (off by default, enable in Settings > Equipment)
When auto grab is enabled you no longer have to be hovering a control the moment you press the trigger.
Instead the first control you overlap while holding trigger will be grabbed, making it much harder to "miss" an interaction.
Also makes it easy to nudge controls slightly with low sensitivity mode on

Fixes/Changes:

* Reduced interaction sphere size by 20% for more precision
* Increased knobs max turn amount slightly to better match texture
* Double clicking the session timer in the menu bar now resets it to 0
* Control labels pop up and disappear twice as fast
* Memory cues are now imported from Rekordbox collection xmls
* Added SoundCloud Liked Tracks and Liked Playlists alongside your personal playlists (requires SoundCloud Go+)
* Fixed SoundCloud to show up to 200 playlists (previously only showed the latest 10)
* Fixed SoundCloud/Beatport cached search result folders appearing alongside playlists instead of inside "Search Results" folder
* Fixed issue where pressing play while a streaming track was downloading from SoundCloud/Beatport would make it fail to open when the download finished
* Fixed issue where failing to load a track file at any point would cause Tribe process to remain idle on shutdown

* Fixed crash on start intermittently experienced by some users
* Fixed hand positions to more accurately match your real hands
* Fixed LIV not updating chroma key settings until restart

* Updated our audio backend with improvements and a fix to the master tempo crash.
* Added new content library UI to make it simple to access your skins and environments and other future content all in one place.
* Lighting updates to properly support new desert environments, also affects the original lounge environment. Should be better lighting and reflections. Still Some tweaking to be done to get it balanced but should be a big Improvement.
* Performance improvements

You can also search the complete Beatport Link streaming catalog through the search bar, which will display local files alongside Beartport results (with the option to filter out either). Beatport tracks from search results or your Beatport playlists can also be added to your Tribe playlists for quick access later on. Beatport tracks are supported in multiplayer but other players must also be logged in with a Beatport account to hear them. Currently only supported on Windows.
* Fixed track metadata not being added to the search index when using mass analysis (had to scroll to the track in the browser before it would be searchable by title/artist/bpm/etc).
* Fixed analyzed bpm/key not being searchable until restarting Tribe after analysis.
* Always add filenames to search index along with track title. This makes it possible to search tracks whose title has special characters but the filename doesn't (e.g. track title is in Japanese but filename is plain English).
* Misc improvements/fixes to music browser and search user experience.
