Medicine’s spell card now has a timing description

Before the start of the autumn championship, we had to perform a bit of a balance change, and of course, it will be reverted back to how it was ,mostly

1st place：700 RMB +In game reward（Any 1 previous championship reward skin + and 3 skins from the store + Aki sisters skin + special avatar）。

3rd place：300 RMB + In game reward（Any 1 previous championship reward skin + Aki sisters skin）。
Top eight（excluding the above mentioned）：100 RMB+ In game reward（Aki sisters skin）。

Meiling’s 2nd spell which has multiple attack waves seems to be able to suppress melee units, extremely successfully, and with a short cooldown ,baiting out the attack with PC is also not really worth it. So we decided to nerf these two points while increasing the damage dealt per attack

Kagerou’s low cost, coupled with her powerful DPS ability against single units, has lead to the situation where with only a small handful of Kagerou, players are able to churn out tons of cheap, and power units early game and got a huge advantage. So we’d decided to increase the unit price, as to reduce Kagerou’s population on the battlefield
