This is just a heads up, but I've found a method to reduce the install size of all of my RPGs by roughly 60% - while retaining all of the quality and even improving performance and stability slightly.

So, if you see an update for Waste Walkers, Disgraced, Lawless Lands, or Chaos Chain, that's likely what this is. (Although with Chaos Chain, I'm also adding new content which will get another announcement)

You may have extra files after the update, so you can do a fresh install to get rid of any extra and no longer used files.

I don't know exactly when these updates will release, but it'll be over the next few days.

A dark, unholy book that has been only rumored until now has been spotted! Seize it before some evil being discovers it and take it for your own! Raise your very own army of darkness!



The Unholy Pact DLC is now available! You can now use necromancy to summon undead companions to follow you and help you in combat across the lawless lands!











Unholy Pact DLC:

New Summoning Mechanic (Use the Ritual Manuscript - you can summon 1 of each undead minions at a time so you can have all 3 types active at once - just watch your spirit strain!)

Recall System (You can choose to freely recall your undead minions back for a full refund of whichever unique reagents they cost - you also have a chance to recover reagents when the undead minions die)

3 Summonable Undead Companions (Zombie - 1 candle, 3 rotten flesh / Skeleton - 1 candle, 1 skull, 2 bones / Ghost - 1 candle, 1 ectoplasm)

Summonable Zombie - A shambling mound of flesh and putrid stench, the zombie acts as a meat shield and a harasser in combat with 10% spirit strain

Summonable Skeleton - Rattling bones and a deathly stare, the skeleton is a good all-round fighter that can heal in battle and also deal decent damage while having resistance to piercing and rupture weapons with 15% spirit strain

Summonable Ghost - A chilling visage and a haunting aura, the ghost is an excellent support and control companion that has a massive spirit reserve with 20% spirit strain

New Learnable Skills - Unholy Fervor and Dark Rejuvenation (Both learnable for the main player character, Unholy Fervor grants all new summons +20% vigor and +20% spirit - Dark Rejuvenation grants for all new summons +1% vigor regen, +1% spirit regen, and +1% action point regen)

3 New Unique Titles "Death Lord", "Reanimator", and "Puppeteer"

Unique Character Sprites (Player-controlled zombies, skeletons, and ghosts appear with a purplish glow so you can tell them apart from your foes)

Ritual Manuscript Item that is used to summon the undead companions using reagents

1 Unholy Grimoire, 6 candles, 9 rotten flesh, 2 skulls, 4 bones, 1 ectoplasm, added to your Strongbox (You can find/buy more from undead enemies and alchemy shops)

Hey everyone!

For a long time, players have been asking me to add a summoning mechanic and necromancy, so I decided that I would take some time to do so!

Hey everyone!

Yep, Lawless Lands still has support for fixes and patches even after all this time. So here's one of those now!

Update 2.7.2 Change Log:

-FIXED a bug with 2 maps inside the Morg hamlet area that had their mouse text appear in the wrong place for events (An issue related to map size)
-Added 2 signs (one in front of the pig farm and one in the back area by the gate to the swamps) to give some better directions as to how to reach the swamps behind Morg (Based on player feedback)
-Added some environmental details (Walkway dirt patches) nearby the door and gate near the swamps entry point to make it more obvious where to go inside there to get to the swamps
