-Fixed Retribution Skill not being 100% Chance of working

Saereth - Sagerovian Prowler

Saereth's Trait: Escape Artist - Resist Netted, +5% Hide Rate

Saereth's Proficiencies: Light Armor, Swords, Bows, Polearms, Crossbows, Thrown, Axes.

Merela - Crossian Warden

Merela's Trait: Proficient - +1 Proficiency, +5% Accuracy

Merela's Proficiencies: Good Spells, Medium Armor, Heavy Armor, Shields, Swords, Crossbows, Polearms, Grimoires.

Alyexus - Sagerovian Farmhand (Kolyask and Ridina's son)

Alyexus' Trait: Reckless - +5 Initiative, -5% Hide Rate, +5% Experience Earned, +5% Critical Chance

Alyexus' Proficiencies: Light Armor, Medium Armor, Axes, Swords, Thrown, Polearms, Shields.

This is a quick patch to just give the beastiary item some weight and to clean up the lizardkin actions a bit.

-Cleaned up Lizardkin Actions

-Made the Beastiary Book Item have 2 weight instead of being 0 weight
