Update 0.2.9.2 is Live On PTS
Hello, Deadsiders!
Patch 0.2.9.2 has been deployed on the Public Test Server and you have a chance to test it before it is officially released. All testers are sent to the server with a starter kit; traders provide base building resources for free.
Objectives:
• In order to test the token drop and changes to the raid logic, it is necessary to create a base or register on it;
  • Assessment of changes in the frequency of PvE events;
  • Evaluation of game performance changes.
List of changes:
1. Changed the base raid logics:
    • Increased the chance of raid tokens drop to 20%.
    • Disabled the limit of one raid token that can exist in the game world;
    • Added a cooldown that activates after and equals the duration of a base raid.
      During the cooldown, the owner of a base and players on that base do not drop tokens; previously dropped tokens cannot be activated.
  2. Fixed a bug when a raid token dropped from a player registered on the base does not activate the raid.
  3. The maximum number of simultaneously available missions on PvP servers has been reduced. The maximum number of active missions is now 10;
  4. Server and client optimization.

Server performance issues
Hello Deadsiders
We are aware that the recently released update 0.2.9 has caused server performance issues, as a result of which players may experience rubberbanding during the game. At the moment, the development team is focused on solving the problem and is doing everything possible to release the hotfix as soon as possible.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and support.

We also know that cases of blocking traders of the southern safe zone by groups of players that want to spoil the experience of other players on the server have become more common.

Players who are being blocked can use Redeployment within the green zone (press Esc, Redeployment - the character will be moved to a random point in the safe zone).

⚠️We would like to draw the attention of groups of players having fun blocking traders- this behavior is punished with a weekly game ban (for the first time)

Play fair.

Fast Travel Between Safe Zones, Notifications, New Achievements | Update 0.2.9

UPDATE 0.2.9 IS LIVE!
Come in, fighters!

The latest update is available for download. Along with a number of interesting QoL changes, we've reworked pistol animations and added new achievements. Below is the detailed list of changes.
ADDED

● Mines: fast travel between the safe zones ●
The safe zones couldn't exist without a transport communications system that is controlled by traders and used to deliver goods. Now by moving from one safe zone to another on a draisine, you don't have to worry about being caught in an ambush or losing vitally important gear.

Now, players can access safe transport channels using dog tags: we're bringing this post-apocalyptic "currency" back to the game.

One trip costs 3 dog tags. Pay the guard at the entrance to a mine in a safe zone. There is also a 5% chance of finding dog tags in loot stashes.
● Transferring modded weapons ●
A long-awaited QoL-improvement that significantly increases the speed and ease of using weapons in your inventory. Now, you can store and carry guns with attached modifications and scope equipment in assembled form. This new feature extends both to your backpack and to bases/safe zones.
● Notification system ●
We've implemented a new system for notifications about events and technical operations on the server. Now, you can get notifications while you're in the game. This way, you'll be well-informed about, for example, the installation of a patch that requires a server relaunch.
● Updated pistol animations ●
We've totally reworked all the animations for gripping, moving and reloading: now the gun is clearly in the hands of a professional.
● New achievements ●
Added some new challenges that you can complete to add to your achievement collection.
Other changes
• Added new details and sites to the environment.
Bug fixes
• Fixed some problems displaying mods located in chests and on the ground, as well as errors that occurred when trying to move them;
  • Attacks with bladed weapons (axes, knives) don't deal damage to narrow objects (respawn beacons);
  • Items don't group in partially-filled quick-access slots with Shift+LMB;
  • The "Take All" button doesn't place items from the ground into quick-access slots;
  • Fixed numerous graphic bugs and issues.

Please update the game in your Steam library.
