Tranzient gets desktop mirroring (visuals)

In the latest release, you can now see desktop windows in Tranzient. This is for display only right now so no virtual mouse control from VR.

In the example screenshot, we're mirroring Netflix from Chrome, cables.gl from Chrome and the Resolume Arena output window * 3. There's also a brightness control for each window.

Enable flying is now an option in settings, movement defaults to locked to floor
Worlds where flying has to be enabled overrides the enable flying setting (such as the sky worlds)
