Attention Rangers!

We are aware on some issues regarding the newly added Universal Enhancement System. Below are quick fixes to some of the issues reported.

1. There had been reports regarding the result of enhancement attempts not displaying right after the attempt.
* Quick Fix: If the enhancement fails, simply log-off and log back in. After logging in, the enhancement should be done on that item. Results maybe success or fail.

2. There had been reports on which the enhancement for an item is locked. This means that you don't have enough materials to proceed with the enhancement.
Items affected by this issue are Items that are already enhanced to +2, +3 and so forth.
* Quick Fix: You will need to acquire the needed amount of materials for this specific item. You would need to wait for the items to be available again from the Shop.

Rest assured that these issue are being worked and will be fixed on the Schedule Maintenance on September 29, 2020.

4. Universal Enhancement Material Released.
a. Sells items that can be used as enhancement materials to enhance specified types of equipment.
However, enhancing materials can be purchased once every certain period.

-Universal enhancement material (Rare Weapon)
-Universal enhancement material (Epic Weapon)
-Universal enhancement material (Rare Gear)
-Universal enhancement material (Epic Gear)
-Universal enhancement material (Rare, Epic character)
-Universal enhancement material (Legend item)



Note: Depending on the enhancement level, you may need to have several enhancement materials to proceed with the enhancement.


5. Start of New Season of Clan Wars.
a. Period: 9/23 ~ 10/20


6. Start of Ranking Match.
a. Period: 2020/9/23 ~ 2021/1/31
b. Compensation has been paid for the last season for ranking.


7. VIP Weapon Mystery Box and VIP Gear Mystery Box 20% Sale Event
a. Period: 9/23~10/6
