Gamedec - Definitive Edition News

Thank you all for this fantastic support! The last two days were mesmerizing - you showed us so much love, gave tons of energy to carry on with our work, and stood with us on our Discord around the clock!



We have more ideas to share, and hopefully, this is a promising start to a grand voyage. Together, let’s make Gamedec even bigger and better! You were so kind and spread the word about this project so well that we hit the 100% mark in such a short notice! On our first-ever crowdfunding campaign! We couldn’t do this without you! Every retweet, every share, and article brought us to this update. So for that reason - We thank you!

A truly wonderful time for our team to be a part of such a welcoming and positive community of both RPG fans and RPG creators alike! We want to thank each one of you for backing and spreading the positive word about Gamedec. It’s our biggest and most ambitious project yet, and we’re honored to see so many of you believe in this game as much as we do!

We still have many Updates prepared; some of them will explain the core mechanics or let you dive deep into the Gamedecverse itself. Don’t be afraid to ask for details or things you’d like to understand better - we’re here for you.

Gamedec Kickstarter campaign is now live! Let’s crack this case together!

First of all, let’s start with a link to the campaign.



[h2]Why kickstarter[/h2]
We want to gather feedback showing our game to as many people as possible and build a solid community with whom we might develop the game according to community opinions. Of course – within reason.

This Kickstarter campaign will have an additional impact on how much more we can add to the game before its release. Also, it will let us collect some extra funds to expand Gamedec further and add some additional features that we were always dreaming of, but had to bury because they were too costly.

[h2]What is the risk?[/h2]
The game will be released no matter what. We’re deep into development, design, and programming and we’re having too much fun to cancel the project which brings us so much joy and fulfillment. It’s the most ambitious project we’ve ever made in-house – it’s a game we always wanted to make. In case of any delays in physical items production because of COVID-19, we will inform the backers instantly via updates/newsletters, but as of today, there is no real reason to estimate that.

If you like what you see, consider backing us on the campaign page to gain access to the exclusive beta in the future and discuss the game with other backers on our discord server. Backers will also be allowed to enter secret channels with concept arts and exclusive info before it goes public.

In Game Rant's article summing up the Best Indie Games of PAX East 2020, there were four games mentioned. Three of them are made in Poland – including Gamedec, Liberated [made by our friends at Atomic Wolf] and Ghostrunner.
