Safe settlements after the Incident

Dear subscribers! Once again, the latest issue of the post-apocalyptic CRONUS Weekly is on your screens. Can anyone hear us?
The incident changed the world beneath the Dome. It has become darker, more dangerous, and more cruel to all its inhabitants. Anomalies, MOBIOSes, wild animals, mutants, robots and even your former colleagues are all eager to take your life as soon as possible.
But don't despair. Even in this crazy world there is room for humanism. The strong leaders founded entire settlements on the ruins of the CRONUS empire.
Junk Town

The Junktown grew up on the ruins of one of CRONUS' industrial buildings. This is where all those who could not enter the City have found shelter. Most of the houses are dusty tents and boxes assembled from abandoned construction materials, and literally the entire ground is crawling with rat holes. Even the old-timers don't know every possible way out of the city. But the disadvantages of the Junktown are easily overshadowed by their safety. There is even a sheriff here. Anyone who breaks the law will quickly go to jail after being kicked hard enough by the locals.
If you find yourself here, be sure to check out Beth's Shots bar. There you'll find decent booze and a bed for a night. And if your pockets are full of extra Combonds, you can even buy one of the local houses.
Town

The largest settlement under the Dome. The center of power of the New Committee. The main source of civilization in the northern part of the desert. It is here that you will remember the golden days of the CRONUS and meet the smartest people under the Dome.
Kimiko Nakamura is in charge here. Thanks to her excellent leadership skills, she was able to evacuate the Concord station in the shortest possible time, deploy personnel to Magellan, and get the Committee up and running. For which she received the chairmanship. The city is perfectly protected. And anyone who breaks the law will lose their citizenship or go to jail.
To get into the City, you have to go through a small formal citizenship procedure and fill out a couple of dozen documents. But remember, any rumors about excessive bureaucracy and bribes in the City are fabrications of ill-wishers unworthy of the title of citizen.
Carmine Heights

A town founded by Blue Wing engineers on one of the conserved settlements. Democracy,
rationalism, diplomacy and high technology rule here. The settlement is surrounded by a makeshift wall, has its own water system, power grid and greenhouse with vegetables.
Contrary to the popular belief, not only former CRONUS engineers and scientists live here. For example, the guards consist of a small group of former military personnel from the Black Wing, and simple jobs are performed by former prisoners. If the principles of the New Committee are strange to you, visit Carmine Heights. It might be just the place you're looking for.
