The Footman may seem to lack mobility, but that impression is misleading.
The main task of this defender on the battlefield is to hold back the enemy onslaught and provide coverage for archers and mages. This is accomplished with a concussive blow that prevents the enemy from fighting at full strength, as well as with decent physical defence and a steel shield.
As a solid, reliable heavy infantryman he's not really suited for an intense fight - he's much better at covering your rear.

The prize this time is Assassin, a master of ranged combat. He moves very slowly, but his marksmanship skill allows him to hit targets from any distance. In addition, his poisoned arrows furthermore increase damage on vulnerable targets, making him a great fighter against enemy mages.
