Bosses have a new health bar.

Upgrades menu no longer gets "stuck" to the spacebar

Losing work properly on a few levels that were missing logic for dealing with player death.

Made it so achievements track better for completed levels. Careful, there is an achievement for beating the game with no upgrades!
