It's raining cats, dogs... raccoons? Hippos??? Wait there's foxes too???? Our newest Cosmicubes are stacked with what you need to look like part of the animal kingdom! The selections come in two variants - The Paws Cosmicube for 3000 Beans and the Claws Cosmicube for 80 Stars.

And speaking of claws, THERE'S A BRAND NEW SPACE CAT PET! AREN'T THEY ADORABLE?! AAAGGHHAHHHH.... ahem. Pick up the Claws Cosmicube and the new feline pet can be yours.

These Cosmicubes are purrrmanent additions to our cosmetic lineup so if you can't jump in right away, don't worry! You can get your paws on them whenever you're ready.

[h3]A Partner in Crime[/h3]

I'm gonna step aside real quick so the newest member of our community team can introduce themselves!

Hey, Crewmates! The name's Sofi and I'm a new Community Manager here at Innersloth! I'm also a cat mom to 3 lil kitties, so I'm excited to join the team in time for these ca-yuuuute Cosmicubes.

I'm still learning all my tasks, but as Dors said, you can find me around on our socials shortly after I finish this tutorial mode. Looking forward to memeing and scheming with you all!

Sofi and I will be your community managing dynamic duo going forward and all of us can't wait to see what chaos she's gonna cook up with the team!



We meet again at last (yes, I know you didn't go anywhere). It's time for some community art! Spooky month has left us but we couldn't let it go without looking at some gourd-geous creations from you art beans out there.

One of our Discord members, Fizzicalgb, drew a pumpkin wearing pair for spooky month. There's nothing like sharing the time with your Mini Crewmate.



Now, I'm not sure if pumpkins have bones but Belle was able to carve one into this pumpkin by following one of our templates.



I wonder if Lil Pupper's Impostor pumpkin is to blame... 🤔



These lovely carvings were shared in our Discord's pumpkin patch for this year! If you didn't carve one this year, don't forget you can download the templates so you can make your veggies scary for next time.

It's time for our BIGGGG bug update, Crewmates!

Our programmers have been hard at work yeeting bugs that have been creepy crawling their way into the game. Some of them you wouldn't have seen but trust us - they're gone now. If you see any bugs disrupting your perfect Impostor plans send us a ticket!

Make sure your game is updated to v2024.10.29 for the fixes.


[h3]Patch Notes[/h3]


Don't worry about Yellow... they're fine. They just helped fix the following:

• Trying to start an Online lobby while permanently or temporarily banned will no longer put the game into an endless black screen. Remember to play nice.
  
• Updated the Tracker's ability to display as "TRACK" instead of "TRACKER".
  
• The "Room Code Copied" text will now disappear after you copy the room code.
  
• Fixed the misaligned cursors in the chat, 'Edit Name', and 'Add Friend' windows.
  
• Corrected visuals for viewing the Store and Wardrobe while playing at 3440x1440 resolution.
  
• [Lobby] - We lowered the volume of The Skeld song in the lobby. Sorry it was too loud! You can adjust the volume further with the volume slider in the settings.
  
• [Lobby] - The friends list icon no longer moves when accepting a game invite.
  
• [Lobby] - Chat bubbles shouldn't break through the chat window when scrolling.
  
• [Lobby] - The visor and hat on the host icon are now layered correctly.
  
• [Lobby] - Hats now layer correctly when stacking with other players on the Dropship.
  
• [Lobby] - Fixed layering issues for chat in multiple windows.
  
• [Lobby] - Fixed inconsistent fonts being displayed for special characters.
  
• [Lobby] - Game setting updates now display with the correct icons and colors when popping up on the left side of the screen.
  
• [Lobby] - The plus and minus buttons in the role settings will continue to work after you select a game preset.
  
• [Lobby] - The plus and minus buttons in the role settings no longer stay highlighted after selecting them.
  
• [Classic] - Button click SFX no longer occur when you click the map icon during the start of a game.
  
• [Practice] - The practice dummies will now respawn after calling an Emergency Meeting.
  
• [Airship / Fungle] - Visors are layered correctly during ladder animations.
  
• [Skeld / Polus] - We removed a controller button icon that appeared during the Inspect Samples task even if you weren't using a controller.
  
• [Fungle] - Crewmates don't get frozen in the climbing animation if a Mushroom Mixup is called while on the ladder.
  

Okay - deep breath! Thanks for your patience as we got through all these fixes. We're always on the look out for glitches and bugs that are disruptive. If you see any, remember to submit a ticket!

[h3]Hacking[/h3]

This update is a great time to let you know that the our backend team worked tirelessly to fix the slew of hacks in the last few months which have been impacting lobbies. Combating hacks is like resolving Sabotages - when you fix one another might appear later.

Just like when you see a bug, you can report a hack to us by submitting a ticket. Any info you can send is helpful in making sure we can keep Among Us free of disruptive behavior that takes the fun away (outside of Impostors of course).

Try to be descriptive, and if you can get pictures (or video), then that helps out even more! It's like an Emergency Meeting - anything you can add beyond "I saw a thing" gives the team a better shot at solving the mystery.


[h3]Art Time[/h3]
We've talked bugs. We've talked hacks. How about we wind down with some community fan art?

First up is a piece worthy of being evidence from Waffles! on X (Twitter)! The Miles Edgeworth drop brought a lot of excitement and seeing art like this made it even better. Literally no objections.



Up next is Nyan from our official Discord channel! They've done a very cute rendition of their robo-bean. I wonder what operating system it runs on.



Also from our Discord, we have Whisperjein with a lovely... Mermate? Crewmaid? It looks to be making quite a splash.



Over on Reddit, Wellgooey has been croucheting some wonderful Fungle pals! I wouldn't worry about being stranded on an island if I had these cute creations for company.

It's spooky month, Crewmates. Before you know it, the Impostors will be knocking on your vents for a "fun" trick -- good thing we DO have a treat for you!



We heeded your ghostly wails and brought back our Halloween hats from 2019 as one Cosmicube! THIS MEANS THE PLAGUE MASK CAN NOW BE YOURS ONCE AGAIN!! You'll look very imp-ressive as you drive your fellow Crewmates a little batty (heh heh).

Spend 2000 Beans to get the Halloween Hat Bundle 2019 and tell your friends to grab it too.

If you need more costumes to stay in the spirit of spookiness, pick up the Trick Cosmicube returning for 70 Stars and the Treat Cosmicube also returning for 2600 Beans. Once you buy the Cosmicube, you can take your time unlocking it (or dive right in like the candy you'll score on Halloween) since it's yours to keep.

Among Us has a new collab on the way, this time with Ace Attorney's very own… Miles Edgeworth!

Obviously the first port of call you'd expect for an Ace Attorney crossover of any kind is with everyone's best boy Phoenix Wright, but late last night Innersloth announced that its next collaboration would feature Wright's own rival stroke boyfriend Miles Edgeworth. There's a pretty simple explanation for this one though, as in case you forgot, the latest Ace Attorney collection from Capcom, Ace Attorney Investigations Collection, is all about Miles, so that'll be why you'll be able to get him as a free cosmetic in Among Us that's dropping on September 9. It's unclear if this is a limited time only kind of deal, so if you're an avid Among Us and/ or Ace Attorney fan, you might want to hop on this one quickly.

Ace Attorney Investigations Collection was announced back in June, during Nintendo's Not-E3 Direct, and was a pretty big deal for a lot of fans of the series. While the first game in the pair of titles included in the collection made it outside of Japan, its sequel, Prosecutor's Gambit, has so far only ever been available in Japanese.
