The connection method has been changed to fortify security. From now on, you have to copy and paste the code.
Click on the [CONNECT] button at the upper right corner of the title screen to open the authentification code input dialog and the connection web page of THE SEED ONLINE.

Copy the code displayed on THE SEED ONLINE connection page, paste the code on the input field in VirtualCast and click [Next] to complete the steps.

- Released the Room feature.
- Currently the user interface is available in Japanese only. English localization is coming soon.

- You can now specify the type of the controllers you are using in the settings screen(Only valid in the Room).

- You can see your mic volume and current facial expression on the HUD when this feature is enabled

- Point the hand laser toward a character to open the character context menu. You can purchase the VRM from the context menu.
- Note, if the VRM's license limits the use of the avatar to "the author only," you can not purchase it in VR.

- You can add a user to the block list from the Room page on the Web, the Participants list in the ring menu or the context menu opened by selecting a character.

[h2]Changes[/h2]
- From now on, press and hold the menu button while touching an item to open a context menu.
- This change is made to avoid the context menu from popping up unintendedly by pressing the menu button while an attachable VCI is attached near your hands. This allows you to open the ring menu anytime by just pressing the menu button shortly.
- Unified the naming convention of images exported from whiteboard to that of images exported from capture camera.
- Changed the display speed of button texts and ticker messages in the ring menu.
- Changed the controller binding for Grip and Use on Index controllers.

- Made an internal improvement on the rotation speed and locomotion speed settings.
- You can now use VRMs "Authorized only to explicitly specified person" purchased in THE SEED ONLINE.
- Provided that the VRM is purchased on THE SEED ONLINE, you can use it as your avatar even when the VRM's license is set to "Authorized only to explicitly specified person."
- Fixed the error message that indicates the modification of lifespan is prohibited by the set privilege.
- When changing the lifespan of a VCI, you will be shown an error message if you do not have the privilege to execute that operation. The message has been reworded so that you can understand it more easily.
[h2]Improvements[/h2]
- Changed the maximum length of the hand laser from 10m to 20m.
- Changed the laser shooting out of context menu to follow the object of interest.
- Optimized the ring menu to reduce the frame drop while manipulating it.
- When selecting a room on the ring menu, you can now see why you cannot enter a certain room (the room is full, you have no access right, etc.) before actually entering it.
- You will be notified when you couldn't enter the room because the room is full.
- The ReflectionProbe is now enabled in the Room
- This allows for rendering of accurate reflection on metallic materials in the Room
- You can now enable snapping of item rotation in the Room
- Snap toggle button is added in the context menu
- When the snap is enabled, the item will turn by 15 degrees while being grabbed
- Added a feature to load compressed textures when loading characters in the Room
- In the settings page, select [Graphics] > [Reduce memory usage for character rendering] to enable this feature
- This feature will compress the textures on character models to reduce memory consumption.
- Enabling this will reduce the memory usage, but it will lower the texture quality.
- You can now add a room to favorites from the context menu of a link object.
- Improved the download speed of THE SEED ONLINE items by compressing data.
[h2]Bug fixes[/h2]
- Fixed the issue where sometimes unintended button was displayed outside of the ring.
- Fixed the issue where sometimes the "VCI LOADING" object kept existing even after the VCI is deleted.
- Fixed the issue where an image on the queue card was not visible from a certain angle when the opacity of the queue card is set to 100%.
- Fixed the issue where you sometimes couldn't enter official studios properly (turns completely black).
- Fixed the issue where pressing the trigger lightly while in the finger paint mode disables the finger paint mode.
- Fixed the issue where the sound effect was not played when a VCI is deleted.
- Fixed the issue where the nameplate's voice indicator did not turn off when the mic mute is enabled while speaking.
- Fixed the issue where the FOV of a camera is not synced when entering a studio.
- Fixed the issue where grabbing a VCI item with gravity settings while the item is being attracted resulted in the item to be blown away.
- Fixed the issue where you couldn't load VCIs when you were running Windows in certain languages.
- Fixed the issue where you sometimes couldn't load VCI locations in the official studios.
- Fixed the issue where you couldn't change the multi-line while buttons are being loaded in the ring menu.
- Fixed an issue where a certain type of characters contained in a tweet caused an error.
