[Stable] Ver 2.3.7c Fixed the crashing issue when entering the studio

Fixed an issue where the application would terminate unexpectedly when moving to a studio after setting a Twitter integration hashtag.
- The unexpected termination has been resolved, but an error may occur when retrieving tweets if a Twitter integration hashtag is set.
  - We are currently investigating this issue.
- Photo posting from within VirtualCast will continue to be available.

Following information will be displayed when you select an item from the ring menu.
- Item name
- Description of the item
- Lifespan setting of the item when spawned
Following information has been added to the room information panel shown when you select a room in the ring menu.
- Warning display for sensitive rooms
- Various permissions and item lifespan icons
The following information has been added to the loading space panel:
- Will changes to the room be saved?
- Permissions range for spawning VCI
- Lifespan of VCIs spawned in the room
The "Item lifespan" display now reflects the difference in the VirtualCast edition currently in use.
- If you are using the beta version of Virtual Cast, the information panel will display "Tied to the last participant" even if the item lifespan setting in the room settings is set to "Tied to the room."
If you use the beta version, you can no longer set the lifespan of newly created VCIs to "Tied to the room."
- This is because the room state is not saved in beta versions regardless of the setting.

Fixed the aspect ratio of the preview display for photos taken in the room to 16:9 fixed because the aspect ratio was distorted.
