4. Hugo Chavez now changes Venezuela's state system from liberalism to reformism.
5. Romanov now builds automation if one of the following two conditions is satisfied: OR China itself has successfully built an automated economy OR Hungary's Bela Bisku came successfully plus Yugoslavia's market reforms were cancelled by the Military. Thus the failure of the Hungarian and Yugoslav economic experiments spurred Romanov to go in a different direction. This is also now reflected in the text of Romanov's endings, which have been reworked.
