Spiral Clicker News

Due to the large amount of unique code, and also the introduction of Atlases to manage memory better, it seems that this update has been buggier than usual. I just finished uploading the third round of bug fixes so hopefully i'm closing in on getting the game stable again. If you are still experiencing bugs after this last update feel free to leave a comment with what you are experiencing and I will continue to work on getting them fixed.

The 0.34 update for Spiral Clicker is finished and up now. I focused this update on finishing all of the buildings in the game. As well, I implemented an atlas system to reduce the memory burden of the game. This will cause some load times between scenes but it will hopefully reduce the prevelance of the black bars issue, as well as make the game easier to run in general.

Here's what's new in this version of the game:

- Market Function added.
- Hospital Function added.
- Mechanic Function added.
- TV Station Function added.
- Country Town Hall function added.
- Quick move buttons added to building menus.
- Atlases added; may reduce memory load, but will add load times between scenes.
- Mall scenes added for: Terra, Wanda, and Clara.

Spiral Clicker 0.34 is up now. For some reason it thinks that this build is identical to the last though so I'm not sure if the upload worked. If it didn't I will get it fixed first thing in the morning. Here's what's new in this version of the game:

This update was a bit small. My girlfriend fell ill with Pancreatitis just as the update cycle started and that threw things way off. I managed to get at least some last minute work done but it's been a very stressful and difficult couple of weeks. I am nervous as well that the medical bills coming out of this will be astounding; she had to stay in the hospital for 5 days.

The public release for Spiral Clicker 0.33 is here. I actually managed to get a fair bit done this month. So, here's what's new in this version:

Spiral Clicker 0.32 is up now. This one ended up a little smaller due to difficulty programming the classrooms and then having several vet visits, but I did try to get as much as I could finished this month. Here's whats new in this version of the game.
