Stream Battlecards News

The big update brings two features that will immerse your community in deeper battlecards: Battles via channel points and prestige level promotion.

Features:

• Community Battles can be started via channel points.
  
• Battle Royale Matches (with/without clones) can be started via channel points.
  
• The level limit has been unlocked to the top. Beyond level 15 no stats will be increased. The color of the reached level changes until level 150 (mythic).
  
• Respecs can be triggered via channel points through prestige levels. From level 15 upwards, the Prestige Level Promotion can be triggered and the player receives a new random level 1 character in addition to the Prestige Level Badge.

Today's update adds consumable items and item drops to Stream Battlecards. Every player who has an item can use it any time during the vote-phase in community battle, adding another level of interaction and strategy. Optionally items may be set up to be bought any time during community battles using the Twitch channel points custom rewards system. Create your custom reward and simply connect it to Battlecards with on click!

Further channel points redemptions are planned for future updates.

Today's update contains some (graphical) improvements and bugfixes.

Improvements

• Active buffs are represented by graphics.
  
• The character level is now displayed.
  
• Unavailable actions are better marked.
  
• Battle Royale AI improved.
  
• Clones and their masters no longer attack each other in the first half of a Battle Royale.
  

Bug fixes

• A KO in Battle Royale no longer reduces health points in the next Community Battle.
  
• A hero defeated by Thorn Aura could be attacked again.
  

Stream Battlecards gets a Battle Royale mode. In addition to the classic Community Battles, your viewers can now compete against each other and earn a "Card Royale". Battle Royale battles have a higher pace because they run fully automated and can therefore be optimally live-commented. Every player competes with his character and his current level in Battle Royale. The optional clone mode adds a level 1 clone of each player's character and thus increases the chances of victory - but be careful, the clone can also turn against you!

The update also brings the following bugfixes:

• Disconnections between control panel and stream overlay fixed.
  
• The red "defeat" message now has its own display text.

Stream Battlecards now recognizes the language of the browser the control panel is running in. German and English are the currently supported languages. The modding system has also been extended to allow other languages to be added. The translations must be created in the default structure under the two-character language code.

In addition, the modding system now supports the modification of individual values of existing configurations. For example, overwrite the attack of a mob in your mod by specifying only its key with the attack value.

With the Bone King a new enduring mob comes into the game.
