A big round of applause to the Early Access community for their valuable feedback. Here we come up with important updates..

New Features

• Team Chasing Challenge - Choose your team jersey & your opponent team Jersey and chase the given target.
  a. As you go down in the batting order, the size of the bat shield decreases.
  b. Also, there's no special ball indication for the lower order.
  c. Targets increase as you chase them down.
  Note: Super Runs awarded will be low for time being.
• Multiple Pitch Types: Green, Bouncy and Dry. Pace of the pitch, bounce, Swing, Cutter and spin vary based on the pitch type. Spin, swing and cutter factors are reduced for normal pitch.
  
• Choose the size of the bat shield in QuickStart.
  
• Strike rotation between bats.
  
• Bowling from both ends of the stadium.
  
• Select the bat of your choice when you lose a wicket.
  
• Select from the new set of Jerseys & add more color to your game
  
• System Time is displayed at the end of every ball.
  
• A new set of options in settings
  a. Option to start the next ball by looking at the umpire
  b. Option to turn off the crowd in the stadium.
  c. Vertical bat for grip adjustment
  

Enhancements

• Updated bat ball physics algorithm.
  
• Now the ball is bowled as per the fieldset in P2, P3 and the fieldset gets updated based on boundaries scored.
  
• Capped the maximum speed transferred to ball from bat swing.
  
• For a 10 overs match within Quickstart, you get to play with 5 wickets only.
  
• Bat shield will be shown throughout the replay.
  
• Score calculation for singles and two’s has been updated.
  
• New field sets for unlimited overs
  

NOTE: Due to major updates the community has voted to reset the player stats. We will shortly come up with a link view to the previous stats archive.

Thanks for your feedback!! In this update, we fixed the following bugs & made enhancements as per the feedback.

Enhancements
1. To bring in a more real-world experience, we've ensured that the bat doesn't go into the ground while playing.
2. Bat size when playing with/without shield is now the same as a real-world professional cricket bat.
3. Now exit button is available within the dressing room to quit the game.
4. You'll get to see the score of each bat at the end of the match.
5. You can check-out the status of tournaments even if you haven't subscribed to them on profile.ib.cricket

Note: As the size of the bat (with/without bat shield) has been reduced to match with the real-world professional cricket bat, we're resetting the high scores of everyone.

Bug Fixes
1. Ball traveling too far when hit to handle of the bat is resolved.
2. Now, your highest score with a single bat will be displayed accurately at profile.ib.cricket.
3. Disabled the legacy mixed-reality support.

Enhancements in the Beta branch
1. Now both the players in PvP can choose a Jersey of their choice & compete against each other.

Bug Fixes in the Beta branch
1. We've resolved the issue which is causing a mismatch between fielding and scoring.
2. Now, you can play Coaching without facing any issues.
3. Extra bounce ball coming at very low height is fixed.
4. The wide ball-related commentary bug issue is fixed.

To take the excitement further we're starting the 1st Season Tournament on March 13th. To bring in more real-world experience to the sport, we've further reduced the size of the bat shield in this Season Tournament.

• iBC 250 Tournaments start from March 13th.
  
• iBC 500 and iBC 1000 Tournaments start from March 14th.

You get IBC Ratings based on the number of rounds you cleared in the tournament.

• You will get 250 iBC Ratings upon winning each iBC 250 Tournament.
  
• You will get 500 iBC Ratings upon winning each iBC 500 Tournament.
  
• You will get 1000 iBC Ratings upon winning each iBC 1000 Tournament.
  

Ranking for the entire Season Tournament is cumulative of best 4 ratings from iBC 250 tournaments, best 2 ratings from iBC 500 tournaments, and your best rating from iBC 1000 tournament. Below are the rewards based on your ranking for the entire Practice Season Tournament.

• [h3]The player who's secured 1st place gets to win $75 worth of Steam gift cards.[/h3]
  
• [h3]The player who's secured 2nd place gets to win $25 worth of Steam gift cards[/h3]
  

The size of bat-shield varies among the iBC 250, iBC 500, and iBC 1000 tournaments. With iBC 1000 having the smallest bat-shield size when compared to that of iBC 500 and iBC 250 tournaments.
