The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos appeared today in the PC Gaming Show livestream, showing up with a special message from the Magician’s voice, Felicia Day (Supernatural, The Guild) and a short extract of new gameplay.

The PC Gaming Show is a huge event dedicated to the PC gaming universe in general; each year, they present an insane amount of new games - and this year, The Amulet of Chaos was one of these games.

For us, this was an amazing opportunity to show off a bit more of The Amulet of Chaos, a few months before its release - our wacky tactical RPG is to be released during this summer. During the show, a short video was shown; in order to satisfy our most curious fans, we also made a longer version of that gameplay segment, which displays the whole fight against the goblins, and uploaded it on our YouTube channel.

Hello, Adventurers!

Since it seems like we won’t have the chance to see you anytime soon in big events, we thought now would be a good time to take a look at our memories from PAX East 2020!

We used the event as an opportunity to introduce the Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos to the american public. We were very proud to show you our upcoming tactical, whacky roleplaying game, and it appeared that you liked it as much as we do!
PAX East was especially good for The Amulet of Chaos, as we had the chance to announce the stellar actress Felicia Day (Supernatural, The Guild) as the voice of one of the game’s protagonists, the Magician.



Aside from our games, we also organized a panel on voice acting and video games on Thursday. We assembled an amazing team of guests for that: Micah Solusod (Soul from Soul Eater, Daryon from Edge Of Eternity), Felicia Day (The Magician from The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos), Andrea Rene and Morgan Webb joined us to talk about their experience with voice acting in the video game industry.

It was super exciting to see the Dragonfly Theatre get full so quickly! The livestream on Twitch was pretty busy as well. We are very happy with the results of our panel!

Once the panel behind us, we introduce our games to many press sites & always had the full booth during the 4 days of the event. We got great feedbacks from players there & the PAX East public was very kind & interested. Thanks a bunch if some of them are reading this!

We were very happy to be at PAX 2020 this year, and we hope that soon, we’ll have new amazing events to tell you about!

Il y a un peu moins de trois semaines, le Naheulbeuk Direct #3 a eu lieu. À cette occasion, la démo présente à la PAX East 2020 a été montrée en stream par Benzaie, Mastapoc et Florient Thibierge d’Artefact Studios. Vous étiez nombreux au rendez-vous, et plus nombreux encore à voir la VOD sur Twitch et YouTube par la suite !

Nous sommes très heureux de vous avoir montré l’avancement du jeu et d’avoir pu répondre à vos questions au cours de ce troisième direct ! Pour accompagner les révélations de la dernière fois, nous publions aujourd’hui un walkthrough de la démo complète, en français, sans commentaire cette fois-ci. Ces vidéos sont donc là pour mettre en avant le gameplay et l’ambiance du Donjon de Naheulbeuk : l’Amulette du Désordre.

On espère que vous avez passé un agréable moment en compagnie de John, Benzaie & Florent pendant ce Naheulbeuk Direct #3 ! Notre bien-aimé Benzaie a montré ses talents de fin tacticien en affrontant cette troupe d’orcs mal lunés.

On espère que vous êtes bien au chaud dans vos chaumières, et que vous avez pas eu la malchance comme nous de finir confiné avec un nain super chiant.

De notre côté, on a pas oublié la liste de courses (même si y avait plus de papier toilette) et surtout on a fait une réserve de tonneaux de bières pour tenir jusqu’à l’hiver ! Mais comme la taverne nous manque, on s’est dit que c’était une bonne occasion pour se changer les idées que de vous annoncer l’arrivée du Naheulbeuk Direct #3 pas plus tard que ce jeudi.

Au programme, la présentation de notre démo de gameplay la plus récente, présentée il y a quelques semaines à la PAX East & des questions / réponses avec la communauté.

Pour répondre à ces questions, nous aurons la chance d’avoir nos grands habitués John “Mastapoc” Lang & Benzaie, mais aussi la présence exceptionnelle de Florent Thibierge, Senior Game Designer à Artefacts Studio qui viendra répondre aux questions les plus techniques.
