The Ascent will release in July, pre-orders available now

We are excited to announce that you will finally be able to blast your way into the Cyberpunk world of Veles this Summer.

The Ascent will officially launch on the 29th of July 2021, and it can be pre-ordered NOW for £24.99 / $29.99 / €29.99 / ¥148.

Delve alone into ‘The Ascent group’ arcology or recruit up to three friends to shoot your way out of it together when it inexplicably starts collapsing.

This action-shooter RPG will feature:

Classic RPG mechanics that will allow you to customize your character and playstyle, including cyberwear, augmentations and looting.
An unprecedented sense of verticality within its world, with different levels and platforms to explore and take advantage of in combat.
A double-aim mechanic that will allow players to take full advantage of what they see on the screen and choose between multiple targets anywhere in the environment.
A narrative-led adventure, playable alone or with up to three friends in co-op modes.

Whether you enjoy exploring, love exciting combat or get invested in the lore of the game you are playing, the cyberpunk-inspired dystopian world of The Ascent will have something for you.

The Ascent is a co-op cyberpunk shooter that pops

It's rare that I'm impressed by graphics anymore, but The Ascent's recent trailer had me stepping through it frame-by-frame just so I could squint at the details. It's a co-op, topdown shooter set in a cyberpunk world, and it bangs, fizzes, smokes, and glistens in pleasing ways.

Revealed in the /twitchgaming Showcase, the latest trailer for The Ascent takes players into the world of our upcoming action-shooter RPG and showcases the game’s co-op capabilities, all of which will be available from launch.

The Ascent can be played solo or together with up to three friends in local or online co-op. You and your team will also be able to enhance your characters with cyberware that suits your own playstyle. Explore Planet Veles for loot crates packed with items and gear to help you on your way. Check out our trailer for a glimpse the gear, abilities and augments you'll have to your fingertips.

The Ascent Will Hit PC in 2021

Having first turned heads during Microsoft’s showcase back in May, we're excited to announce that multiplayer action-RPG The Ascent will launch on PC in 2021.

To celebrate the launch news, we've put together a short video to showcase an update on development and illustrate a variety of features coming to The Ascent when it launches next year.
