Agony: Lords of Hell - Demo available now!

Hello, Martyrs!

We are pleased to announce that we're releasing the Agony: Lords of Hell demo on Steam, which will remain active until the end of the Kickstarter campaign. The demo contains a fragment of the game, in Alpha version 0.666 and is available globally, for all Steam users - not just for Kickstarter backers.

We invite you to play through and complete the feedback survey present in the demo. Based on the collected answers, we'll be able to better tailor the game to the expectations of you, the players.

The completely different visions of Hell, which can be found in the books of individual Religions, will require the preparation of many assets, unique mechanics for each of the "factions", dozens of new characters and beautiful scenery. To achieve our vision, we need your support!

Thanks to the Kickstarter campaign, we will not only be able to fulfill our ambitious plans, but also enable players to decide how big and how extensive the Agony Lords of Hell project will be.

The game is powered by Unreal Engine 5, supporting all the latest technologies, including the destruction of the environment based on the "Chaos" technology, a dynamic day and night system, the Niagara system and many more.

Agony spin-off Succubus VR has been banned from Steam




Madmind Studio, the developer behind horny, hell-based horror games like Agony, has had one of its upcoming releases removed from Steam. The page for Succubus: Hellish Orgy VR was removed, remaining visible only on SteamDB, despite the fact the 2D version of Succubus is still up for sale on Steam...

Vortex temple:
  • There was a single root acting strangely, but it’s okay now
  • The Harpy no longer disappears before the finisher animation
Dungeon of Blood
  • Onoskelis no longer try to run away from the player through the wall
  • The bone cage with Martyr is now in the proper position
  • The comic book no longer levitates

Mountain of Meat
  • Fixed collision on the stairs
  • Filled gaps in the environment
  • Fixed a game progression blocker where a player, at some point without any range weapon/skill, couldn't finish the mission. Now, you can find the exploding egg
  • One of the objects wasn't exploding when hitting the ground
  • Removed shaking of bodies at the beginning of the cutscene
  • Martyrs no longer levitate when the hanging cage is destroyed
  • Improved game performance when looking at tentacles
  • After defending the statue, it was still highlighted and had an icon above the head. It no longer misleads the player.
  • Infested City
  • Filled gaps in the environment.
  • Fixed levitating cliffs
  • The animated Martyr is no longer leaning on air
  • One of the bone cages was undestroyable
  • Fixed LoD in object meshes
  • Missing light source on Martyr cages fixed
  • Derelic City
  • The spawned portal is now facing the arena
  • Filled gaps in the environment
Forest of Flesh
  • Walking Martyrs no longer penetrate through the environment
  • Fixed a levitating part of the bone barricade
  • The lying Martyr is properly aligned with the ground
  • The newborn is no longer walking above the ground
  • Players can no longer jump to an unintended space
  • Fixed the trigger where the player could avoid spawning enemies that could block game progression
  • Fixed a levitating object
Arena of Sacred Blood:
  • Fixed levitating environment objects

Are you still here? We’ve got something even more interesting!
  • We’ve added more morphs to the Succubus model and alternative skins that "stretch out" the body of our character. Do you know what this means? The hot, penetrating …actions are now even more immersive. You need to check it out!
  • Also, to experience the hot scenes even better, we have improved the angles of the cameras in some shots

Succubus and Red Goddess DLC Hotfix 2.0

Hell(o)!
Hotfix #2 for Red Goddess update is here! To be quick:

- we finally caught the cause of most crashes (particle systems be damned);
- casting certain powers no longer breaks the game;
- fixed missing VO crashes;
- fixed no-DLC-no-content issue;
- fixed power loading stages;
- fixed missing materials in some levels;
- fixed missing sounds of sword-scythe;
- summoned chorts are no longer yellow;

We are still working on some things, so expect another patch (not-a-hotfix-tho) in the future. o(* ̄︶ ̄*)o
