Today we’re more than thrilled to announce that Streets of Rage 4 will support two-player online and up to four-player offline co-op modes when it launches this spring.

And since a piece of good news never comes alone, Axel, Blaze, Cherry, and Adam are pleased to welcome their new cybernetic brother-in-arms, Floyd Iraia.

The four-player co-op and the fifth playable brawler will be playable for PAX East attendees in Boston, Feb 27th to March 1st in booth 28051.

You’ve met his brother in the second episode of Streets of Rage series, then recently his daughter. We’re pleased to announce that Adam Hunter will join the fight in Streets of Rage 4 next year.

Many of you are still wondering who’s is composing the soundtrack of Streets of Rage 4.

The question has been answered a few months ago but it’s never too late to get a quick reminder to start off the week right.

With the help of Brave Wave Productions, a musical label that brings the work of Japanese game musicians to global audiences, Streets of Rage 4 will feature original music from:

- Yūzō Koshiro (Streets of Rage 1, 2 & 3, Sonic the Hedgehog, The Revenge Shinobi, Shenmue I & II,...)
- Motohiro Kawashima (Streets of Rage 2 & 3, Shinobi II, Batman Returns,...)
- Yoko Shimomura (Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, Kingdom Hearts I, II & III, Legend of Mana, Parasite Eve,...)
- Hideki Naganuma (Jet Set Radio & Future, Super Monkey Ball, Sega Rally 2,...)
