Additional signs displaying active bounties in the port area.
Uncle Guide added near the first sign in the port area and by the showers, providing crafting and bounty-related tips.
Character dialogues now appear when receiving and completing bounties.
Banners/Zone names added to the pocket map.

Optimizations:

Widget adjustments for improved performance.
Texture size and format optimizations (UI & Meshes).
Sonar retrieval optimization.
Texture size reductions and mesh optimizations.
General optimizations for better performance.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed Nemesis board during auctions.
Corrected emissive on the shovel.
Resolved looping sonar sound when switching tools.
Fixed blurriness on tutorial confirmation button (corrected texture group).
