Brief Explanation:
The player has now the option to rob pedestrians. During the night hours from 8PM-1AM the player has the option to get extra money or get an item from the Pedestrain, depends what the player chooses.
For this Feature we added a Heat meter. This meter does indicate how close the player is getting to being punished for his Crime.
