Hotfix for V0.4

Here are list of bug fixes we made throughout the weekend. We're trying to fix the issues you've sent as quickly as possible. Thanks to everyone who are contributing to better the game
- Fixed Ketchup missing on french fries
- Fixed Yoghurt and BBQ sauce missing on market
- Fixed unlock issue with Chicken Leg recipe on Co-Op
- Fixed Chicken Leg at Butcher shop seems locked on some cases.
- German localization issues
- Fixed recipe HUD on Master Chef Arena mode
- Fixed animation problems on Master Chef Arena
- Fixed items on plate disappear after plate gets broken.
- Fixed eyebrows issue on female characters
- Fixed Mixer Bowl doesn't work on Free mode and Chef's Arena mode.
- Co-Op fixes
- Fixed Chocolate pack duplicate problem on Co-Op
