Hotfix for Patch v0.2.2

Here for a quick hotfix covers most common problems being occured after the latest patch v0.2.2. Hope it will work out for whose having problems.

Full list of fixes:
- Fixed crash and fps spike problems caused by waiter behaviour
- Fixed issue with not being able to wash dishes on new sinks
- Fixed waiters stop working
- Fixed waiters drops plates on ground on other clients
- Fixed dirty plates can be added to dirty plate tray
- Fixed new sinks doesn't have water sound
- Fixed waiters constantly spam tap and cause an infinite voice
