Fix for Waiters getting stuck with plates!

Hey everyone!

We realized there was some issue with the hotfix we released last night. Now waiters should be working fine again. Also we have some other fixes alongside waiter fix.

- Fixed issue where plates stuck on air when cleaned while blue tray is full
