[Update] v0.6.31a - New deck, new cards, graphic changes and more.

Kown Issues:


  • When a player disconnects in the middle of the Matchmaker, in some cases, the game does not starts correctly and the enemy player doesn't show up and the game locks.
    • We're working on identifying when this happens and fix it.

    • MK: In the near future we'll implement more details on what certain ability did or what cards it affected.
  • Game Aesthetics. u/xKikis
    • MK: The actual aesthetic design of the game in the match will be the same in the future (hopefully better) but we'll change quite a lot of things in the Menu and UI.

v0.6.31a (07-05-2019):


General Changes:


  • A new Demo Deck has been added, "Unblockables", with new cards and abilities focused on combos with Unblockable Allies.
  • A new exclusive Avatar has been added for all user that play at least one match in the Alpha.
  • The Selection-Card-System has been overhauled to now allow cards to be played in cycle.
    • e.g. Now you can use a Haquika to control an opponent's Haquika and this can take control of another Ally.
  • A new Abilities log has been added to the right side of the screen so you can see what's going on in the match, this is a WIP, more details will be added in the future.
  • A new card "pre-"visualizator has been added so you can see exactly what buffs and modifications the mouse-over-ally-in-game has, and what do this buffs mean.
  • The castles doesnt start destroyed (hopefully).
  • The match and board has new (and hopefully better) graphics.
  • 16:10 Resolution screen support has been added and several art pieces has been adjusted for all purporses, this is a WIP, and things are expected to still be visually broken or missplaced. u/MatySick
  • The menu has new (and hopefully better) graphics.
  • The Matchmaker UI has new (and hopefully better) graphics.
  • There are new Victory and Defeat UI and effects.
  • New graphic XP Slider on the Avatar.
  • A new Font has been added to the game, replacing the old, for more readability.
  • Bug fixes in the "Phases/Match State Clock", in the right side of the screen.
  • New starting game animations and effects.
  • New animation and effects with the board division crack.
  • The opponent's castle has better proportions.
  • Better graphics and image quality on all Castle assets and their destruction effects.
  • The base window UI has a new design.
  • The deck selector has a new design.
  • The exit button and all UI buttons has been reworked.
  • New card animations and reworks on the overall art illustrations.
Cards:


  • Tche Ma Tien now is [cur]Exiled[/cur] (when it is played it is Banished).
  • Delfos Oracle now is [cur]Exiled[/cur] (when it is played it is Banished).
  • Blessed Axe, Giant Bear and other cards with "On Attack" Strength modifications now activate their mods immediately and individually, not when all cards are declared Attacking as it was.
Bug Fixes:


  • Several transparency bugs on OSX has been fixed.
  • The Cemetery now updates it in-game counter correctly.
  • The "This Turn" buff are now only for that Turn. u/sheeeex
  • Fergus and other similarly effects Cards can now work more than once. u/EMclBarbanegra
  • The objective selector can now be used on concatenated effects. u/PanchitoSaavedra

  • The Card selection system allows to play cards and then define an objective card for its ability.

  • Haquika: New card, // Pre-Alphas: The card allows to use the ability to steal a card from your opponent's battleground.
  • All abilities “until the end of the turn - this turn” are affected by the opponent “end of turn”.
  • Now player’s turn doesn’t finish if the player is playing cards yet.
  • New card type “token”, those cards are generated/created by another abilities, doesn’t start with the player
  • starting deck.
  • Gaia: Now recognizes generated/created cards by others abilities: Tokens
  • A new ability trigger/button was included to Totem-type cards
  • Ra: Now allows to select opponent allies fulfilling its ability
  • Atenea: New ability
  • New style of font for enhance reading

  • A hover button (with temporal design) has been added to the Cards for an easier and more intuitive Ability use, the previous "Right-Click" action is still active. /u/serialkiller9028/

  • The player can no longer Attack if the Timer pass the Turn.
  • New music has been added after some Damage taken to add flavor ;).
  • Mead now lets you Draw Cards even if you didn't Shuffle.

  • The Selection time as been extended to 20 + (3
  • CardToSelect) seconds.
  • The internal local timer no longer pass the time on the Opponent's Turn.
  • Fenrir now is less aggressive and Regroups each Turn.

  • Adding and Removing Buffs are now registered properly.
  • Minor visual fixes to the "Chat"
  • Cards now can't be "used" while the Opponent is still selecting the first hand.
  • Stunned Cards are properly Stunned and can't Attack nor Block.
  • The Attack/Block camera Shake is now less shaky.
  • Minor visual fixes to the "Phase/Turn Wheel"
  • Minor Card animations has been added.
  • Totem of Guanaco now properly rises all Allies Cost.
