The Tenants Development Update #13
Hello there, Landlords!

Whew! That was a pretty busy week for us, with the whole Autumn Game Festival on Steam. It seems though that the hard work we’ve put into the demo paid off, as we’ve received a lot of positive feedback from you (and a lot of cool ideas for further development).
A lot of you asked if we’re gonna hold more Closed Beta access giveaways, and we are! Click in the link below to participate in the new giveaway:

Some of you have asked us what our plans for end-game content are. Well, it just so happens that one of the biggest differences between the demo version and the release version that we’ll launch in Q1 2021 are the districts. The Wondersville is split into 3 major districts (or regions): Slums, Suburbs and Manhattan (2 of which will be available on release, with the third one to be added in a post-launch update). Keep in mind that you’ll have to build up your reputation to obtain a permit to do all the landlord stuff in the further districts.

Once you unlock the second district you’ll also unlock an option to hire Agents that’ll take care of your business in the previous district, so you can move onto the new region in full swing. Of course you’ll be able to go back and take over control whenever you choose to. There’ll be quite a few agents to choose from, each with their pros and cons: some may keep the relationships with your tenants high while others may focus on collecting rent on time. You’ll also have to pay them a cut for all the hustle. Each new region will introduce new mechanics into the game and feature a unique lineup of apartments.

PS. We’ve updated the main trailer video on our Steam Store Page - make sure to check it out!
