Patch notes v1.0.3 Some small fixes

- Display the effect of the item in the item switching screen.




- When you get an active item, it no longer automatically replaces the currently selected active item.




- Fix the problem of not being able to unlock the Devil Slayer Log entry for monsters that only appear in Demonic mode.
- Dual Katars: Fix the description error.
- Fix the error in the voice of Brigand Executioner.
- Fix the wrong description of the unlocked text of Armory and Reliquary.
- Fix some misspellings and change some text expressions.
