Meet update 28032020!

Update List:

New units:
Delta Team - a choice of man or woman, armed with a replica of the AR-15 and C4.
"Andromeda" - a transport aircraft, allows you to transport equipment.
"Mirage" - strike interceptor aircraft with the ability to disguise
"Kodiak" glider of Cult that carries troops and equipment, is heavily armed, and can move underwater.
Civilians - react differently to a player, support interactions, panic.

New effects and objects:
Remaking global shader to most softer
New horizon drawing
New ocean drawing
New trees and grass as well as distance compression logic
Kassadi received a test facial animation and hair animation

System fixes and additions:
- Fixed guns in helicopters.
- Fixed aircraft AI for flying around rocks
- The sandbox expands the possibilities (nature and Cult units)
- New transport logic for airplanes, ships, carriers
- New AI algorithm for helicopters for using unguided missiles has been created.
- Created an algorithm for civilian behavior.
- Fixed animations for female characters
- Fixed collision for some planes and ships
- Fixed ship textures
- A bunch of minor system fixes :)
