What's new?

Hey, everyone!
Long time without any update, huh? Yeah, sorry about that!
This post is for showing that we're still working on a game. Actually, we've done huge amount of work and fixes to the game and will post some news and status reports really soon.

Also there will be a new option to test the game, using Steam Playtests. In few days you will see a special button to apply for the next test on the game page.

Flea Status Report -30 September 2020

Today is really good time for the status report :)
This whole month we've been working on next big update but have something to show you even now.

So let's start:

General:

- Basic optimisation for levels.
- Ability butterflyare now able to fly. Try to catch it and get random perk:

- Balance fixed again.
- Dash attack is now working fine even with high in-game ping (tested up to 150ms).

Art:

- Assassins have gotten their first texture:



-Work on Assassin's animation started.
-New food NPC - Grasshoper model is ready:


Programming:

- Super old bug that prohibit you from re-connecting to the game without full game restar is finally fixed!
- Dead characters parts if now pick-able and add you some health
- Huge optimization and cleaning in project code and files.

Flea Status Report -30 August 2020

A lot of time passed from the last status report :)
We've been working hard during this period and ready to share with you some result.

But first let's invite you to our closed tests that are running on a weekly basis. Btw, today at 20:00 UTC+3 we're testing too! Join our discord for details and key: https://discord.gg/hxxSZfw

So let's start:

General:

- Basic optimisation for levels.
- Tentaculas fully integrated in game.
- More valuable effect for damage receiving.
- Wormactus gamemode added.

- Huge balance fix.
- Pick-able abilities are in game again
- New pick-able ablities in prototype stage (grenade, wasp, maggot spawner, skin level increase)
- Game HUD completely re-worked.


Art:

- We're working on a new classes, like this one:



- Character animation improved.
- Tentaculas ability effects re-worked
- Lighting problem on UfoArena night map is fixed

Programming:

- Gameplay mechanics polishing and fixing (dash, dodges, biting, abilities).
- Dash attack mechanics fixed now it is much more smoother and stable.
- Dodges added to the game.
- Wormactus gamemode
- Several bugs fixes.
- Work on the network stability.

Flea Madness Demo live streaming
