As the loyalists tried to reach Terra to help defend the Imperial Palace, the Night Lords deployed the vast majority of their forces in the Eastern Fringes. In their darkest fashion, they set in motion a savage campaign across the void, staining world after world in red. This seemingly maddened effort was not senseless though, and their truest intentions soon came to light.
