ERROR FIXES

Hello everyone!

In this update there are some error fixes that should help improve game quality.

- Potentially fixed issue with player dealing no damage sometimes
- Updated Traditional Chinese (Thanks to TeaFiber)
- Updated several game translations
- Grenade launcher fix where sometimes exploding vfx would not show
- Add debug code for several other issues
