Changes
- When a player reaches the stroke limit, 1 penalty stroke is now added to their score.
- Fixed turn end popup showing "Stroke Limit Reached" upon getting in the hole if the stroke was the final one before the stroke limit would have been reached.
- Fixed mod publishing from the Mod Manager not working.
