We just released a patch for Mac users that addresses the Achievement issue on Macs.
• Achievements should now be displayed and unlocked as expected.
• Saved games are still available.
• Please remember to restart Steam in case Steam doesn't automatically download/install the update.
• It might take some time before the update is visible.
