UPDATE 1.09 - Multiple Little Glitch Fixes, Nothing More, Nothing Less!

[p]Hello all you "Pog Champs"!![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]In this update, it was my 9 year old little nephew that found a bug his first ever time playing my Poggers game, a bug I had simply overlooked due to knowing it had once worked in the past, but never expected to not function correctly now after all the years of updates![/p][p][/p][p]I watched as he put multiple Bun-Buns in the exact same cave with success. This was never intended, and originally would kill your Bun-Bun if you tried to put him in the same cave as a previous Bun-Bun Poggers had already claimed. ..I ruffled his hair playfully and thanked him for finding a glitch to fix for me and he smiled with a young childs satisfaction.[/p][p][/p][p]Now this little bug has been fixed as has other little silly glitches I noticed while observing him play my 2019 retro game...[/p]
  • [p]The snake logs now face the appropriate direction and should never ever look as if they are swimming backwards with their eyes facing the wrong way.[/p]
  • [p]Patches of grass should now not sometimes show up in front of the player or some snakes when multiple creatures are in the same small area of the game screen.[/p]
  • [p]The "lives remaining" and "score" indicators should now only display once rather than looking like two of the same white reading as before. This was unintentional as one of the two on each reading was intended to be the shadow to make it stand out better.[/p]
  • [p]Rocks booted from the "Save Honey-Boo" level should now never leave the screen and hit their target UFO as intended.[/p]

UPDATE 1.08 - Changes and Fixes to Breaking Rocks!



In this update, I added an indicator to show you if you couldn't break a rock in the regular game mode because you have not eaten the needed carrot.

In the space rock mode between levels, you'll now see the same indicator and a number showing you how many more carrots you must eat before you can start breaking rocks with good ol' Pogs.

..I've also tried to fix some issues where Poggers even with a carrot cannot destroy some ornery rocks from one side and requires you to change the side of the rock you push against. I believe it should be better than ever before with this update! ..If you try it and think it works better (or worse) be sure you let me know in the comments below!


As seen in the image above, I've added shadows for every alien spaceship missile to make dodging them easier than before this update.

PRICE INCREASE NOTIFICATION FOR SIX ZAXTORGAMES



The six games listed above will be increasing in price on or around Monday, May 13th depending on
when Steam approves the price changes submitted.

These price increases are influenced by a number of factors including these six games haven't seen
a price increase since 2022 or earlier. These are games that offer incredible value for their price even
after the price increase, and also due to the inflation of almost everything the world over.

While these price increases are only a dollar or two each, if you've been considering purchasing one

UPDATE 1.07 - The Alien Attack! - Brand New Level Content!



Hello fellow Pog Champs!

With Update 1.07, I've finally finished one of what I plan on several new content additions to my best selling and highest rated game here on Steam with good ol' Poggers!

This is a new level that will help change things up and presents you with a new challenge of saving HoneyBoo who has hidden under one of many rocks due to an Alien Invasion. Is it real aliens attacking from the night sky or did Honeyboo find herself some alcohol somewhere? Well, it doesn't matter much because she needs to be found wherever she is for your game progression to continue!

This new level will be seen up to seven times per game, coming after completing levels 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, and 19. This will likely be changed when and as new content and levels are added to the game over the coming months.

As seen in the comparison screenshots above, I've also changed a few minor details of the games look such as making the logs have a variety of different shades as well as making the shape of the home caves smoother overall.

In this update, I've also made it so that you can always hit the TAB key to switch between windowed and full screen mode on every screen in the game, Previously, the TAB key had no function on several of the screens such as the "Level Complete", the "Steam High Scores", and the "Stats" screens.

As with any new content in an indie game like this, there will likely be a few bugs and/or balance issues that I might need to fix or update in the coming weeks and I will make note of such updates here as usual. UPDATE 1.06 - Poggers Now Moves 20% Faster Side to Side! - More Coming!!

In Version 1.06, I made some changes that I hope will make the base game so many of you love even more exciting and enjoyable!

* On the fields full of cobras, to help you catch up with the flashing cobras, escape cobras, and just get around faster, Bun-Bun now jumps side to side (left and right) 20% further! This change will likely take some getting used to, but I think that it's a good change overall. The movement and jump distance in all directions has not changed once you jump onto a log of alligator that is in the river.

* I've also cleaned up some of the home icons for Poggers once you get him into a cave when you own the 10 million colors DLC and have a unique blend of colors that would sometimes make your home Poggers look really bizarre before this update.

* The game now launches in full screen mode, and remember that you can switch between full screen and windows anytime by simply hitting your TAB key.

* Also in this update, I've cleaned up the look for the flashing "Total Super Bunny Points" once you died or ran out of Super Bunny points to make it look better overall.

* Silver Nuggets, Gold Nuggets and Carrots should now never appear under a rock.

That's it for this update, but in the coming week or two look for some HUGE updates that will add more game modes to this game! Most of these modes will focus on saving your pink HoneyBoo girlfriend from a variety of deadly situations including giant spiders and alien spaceships as seen in this image:



All additional content added to Poggers will be in hopes of making this game offer more excitement and fun and it will come at no additional cost! ..Think of what will be coming as a "Thank you" for making the beloved "Bun-Bun Poggers" my most successful indie game to date!
