Patch Notes: Fixed an issue where an event was not functioning correctly.

This message is to inform you that a new update has gone live.
The following changes have been made in this patch.

• Fixed an issue where you can skip the event involving Alexei.
  
• Fixed an issue where you cannot progress in the story in the Redlight District - Upper Level.
  
• Fixed the item description of Procedural Memory: C
  
• If you already have the item in your inventory the item description will be updated when you get another one.
