Early Access Developer's Letter #5

Hello everyone!

It’s been a while since our last announcement.

I want to start off by apologizing for the infrequent communications and updates despite still being in Early Access. On the other hand, thank you all for continuing to wait for Unsouled’s content.

Due to internal circumstances, in addition to PC, we are directly porting the game to Xbox and Nintendo Switch. This is taking a lot longer than expected, which is why we weren’t able to devote as much time as we’d like to working on content for the PC version.
Thankfully we are almost done, and will be able to fully focus on preparing for the content update soon!

On that note, we’d like to share a bit about where we’re heading with the content update.

Roguelite mode won’t just be a type of content that can only be used after reaching the end of the game. It can be enjoyed simultaneously with the main game, and continuously after the ending as well!

We are also planning to add bosses (which some may call the highlight of Unsouled) and new enemies inline with the game’s concepts, so be prepared to challenge yourself to more fights after the official release.

There was also a lot of feedback received during Early Access regarding how difficult it was to understand the story. In response, we are planning to add some collection elements to improve understanding.

We are constantly reviewing the feedback received from our players, and are doing our best to implement them to improve the game.

Thank you for being patient, but we apologize as we have to ask that you wait just a bit more.
