Faulty pause menu save files

Good day fellow players

I was told that in the pause menu the "EXIT" string pasted over most of the options. My apologies for that :)
...the buttons should still have their proper function.

I will roll out a patch as soon as possible.

Before that I would like you guys to report me in the comments first if the following is true.
Because I was also told that upon an update their savefiles where gone.
Something that I had not encountered yet during my sessions so if yes please report it to me :)
