Shout out to whoever gave extra me details in their crash reports!
Added initial support for Bull Rush (character doesn't move also and doesn't handle multi-creatures).
Added Rage Powers:
Fixed Barbarian rage only being fatigued 1 round for every round raged instead of 2.
Barbarian can't enter into a new rage if fatigued or exhausted.
Fixed bug with Paladin Smite.
Fixed Withdraw crash.
Fixed crash choosing an Ability that required additional choices (Exotic Weapon Proficiency).
Fixed Travel Domain spell selection crash.
Fixed crash caused by using unfinished Cleric Domain powers.
