Patch 0.3.11 bugfixes and minor improvements

- Melee-crossbow's bullet collision has been adjusted and now it hits 99% of the time, as long as you're a good shot
- Level loading time has been slightly improved (yes, even more, so you can only notice it in REALLY BIG levels)
- Fixed a memory leak that increased the overall load time each time you loaded a level
- The audio volume of the lasers has been reduced a little
- There was a problem that caused you to get stuck in the level editor when you wanted to edit an unedited enemy-wave spawner generated by level loading. Has been solved!
