Dr. Wickeline is one of the strongest NPC on the island. In BS:ER, she will have a poison debuff skill.
Like the other players, Wickeline will move around Lumia Island.
If you enter her range at night, she will attack first, so make sure to escape quickly if you are not ready to fight her yet!
Not only Wickeline but also wild animals, in general, will have skills for the upcoming Alpha test.
