Silvia is ready to go full throttle! [0.20.0 Update]

First off, we've got the Swift Racer, Silvia, is ready to speed around the streets of Lumia Island.

The free character rotation is changing on a weekly basis. The characters will change at 11PM PST every Tuesday.

- Finish Line (W) Movement speed reduction 3s 40/50/60/70/80% —>2s 40/45/50/55/60%
- Power Slide (Q) Fuel consumption 5 —> 10
Known Bugs
- In Duo and Squad modes, when someone is killed while their nickname is hidden, it's not well displayed in the chat.
- Air supplies occasionally aren't opening.
