Maintenance Free Update - 0.35.0a hotfix

Hotfix 0.35.0a requires a client update.
Please restart steam to receive the update!
We'll be rolling this fix out to each server starting at 3:57 AM PT. It should take about an hour to be fully active on each server.

Fixes:
- William no longer creates white circles after catching a baseball when moving in and out of vision.
- Luke will no longer stop after landing and reactivating Clean Sweep (Q) against an enemy.
- Zahir's projectiles should now properly appear with Fireball / Dyadic Prism
- Temporarily replaced character skill videos with GIFs as we work on the video fix.
- You can now properly attack after using Sua's (Q,E,R), Eleven's (Q,W,E), Rio's (Q,W,E,R), and Luke's (R)
- Bright Unity wallpaper no longer appears after game start.
