External attack and NP compensation

Hello, Survivors of Lumia Island,

Earlier today, (January 18th) 12:40 am KST, "abnormal" games occurred on some server instances of the Ohio server and Seoul server for about 3 hours due to an outside attacker.

We began maintenance at about 3:30 a.m. and corrected the issue, but some games that occurred with the abnormality were not processed properly. Players that were affected can be identified via our logs, but since this attack overwrote the game log on the server, it is rather difficult to track the unprocessed LP.

300 NP will be provided to all players as compensation for emergency maintenance and service instability. In addition, we plan to provide 100 NP to players who were affected and could not reconnect to games. The NP will be sent to your mailbox when you log in within a week beginning on 00:00 KST on January 19th.

We will add further LP tracking to the backup log in the future to prevent these types of issues and will continue to try to be a safer and fairer game for all. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
