HideOnBush, also known as 응헤야 and one of Eternal Return's top players, has created a video that will teach all of the newcomers to Lumia Island some basic tips and tricks to getting started.

The Eternal Return team feels that it is necessary to bring you clarity and information regarding Teaming and similar issues some of you have witnessed in the game.

1. Originally, we did not have a codified policy on dealing with teaming or similar issues prior to the Sissela Update (0.15.0). We will not be retroactively suspending accounts reported before then. However, we continue to closely monitor the players who have been reported.

2. We ask you to please keep in mind that we're still in Beta -- we hope that you all can be understanding if, and when, you find things are not ready yet. With the launch into Early Access, we will implement a player report function that players will be able to use at the end of each match.

3. The team has felt that many players have mistaken the LP rank system as an official rank system in game. While, in the current state of the game, it's the closest thing we have to rank, but in reality, it's just a temporary system to help us with matchmaking. The actual Ranked mode and system will be added to the game later during Early Access.

4. There have been reports of various situations of players violating our ToS, and we will be taking measures on those proven to be in violation. The best thing you can all do to help us at this time is to make sure to send us videos/screenshots with your reports to help facilitate our judgement of each report. Even if the report is found not to be breaking our ToS, we will still keep a record of the report and monitor the reported player.

5. The Terms of Service has been amended to include policy for things like frequent inactive players and players who stalk other players across different matches.

We do not yet have a high number of players that have faced suspension. We are in the process of implementing better and more efficient ways to address teaming, inactivity, stalking, and even attempts to use illegal programs.

We will do our best to improve this and make sure that these issues do not ruin the fun and unique experiences we want you to have in Eternal Return.

In order to celebrate this very fun Open Beta, we have decided to host a Grand Tournament where the best of the best will be facing each other in an ultimate match.

The tournament will have two phases:

Preliminaries :

• 11 players will be selected through a series of matches that will allocate points depending on rank and kills. The highest-scored 11 players will move the finals
  
• Since the number of participants will be set up to 51, we will be putting players into groups in the case of more than 17 applicants.
  
• Up to 3 groups will be made: A, B, C
  
• Each group has to fill up a minimum of 15 people. Each group will have one battle per day in the days of preliminaries and receive a score based on their results.
  
• If a group fails to fill in 15 people, then that group will be turned down from participating.
  
• The top scores from all the groups will be selected to fill in the 11 spots open for the tournament finals.
  

Finals :

• 17 players will be facing each other in 3 different matches that will allocate points depending on rank and kills. The top 3 players will receive a bountiful prize, and all participants of the finals will receive 1075 NP.

*Teaming causes immediate disqualification. Players found teaming will be also banned from the game.
*The accelerator of restricted areas will be off.
*Players will be responsible for reporting their own score with the required screenshot to prove.
*Streaming of the tournament is completely allowed, but make sure to set a big delay between your stream and the actual game.

Hey everyone, we'll be pushing a quick hotfix for a few things that we've noticed since yesterday's patch.


[h2]Bug Fixes
[/h2]

• Pressing Ctrl to level up skills no longer activates the skill.
  
• Tooltip on some weapon skills no longer displays cooldown reduction when there was none
  
• Players having problems with the game not recognizing the IP address can now access the game
  
• Clicking or hovering on the first slot in the upper left side of your Saved plans.
  
• Fixed a slight issue regarding the border between hospital and cemetery
  
• All character emotes should now be in the correct locations.
  

[h2]Balance[/h2]
Li Dailin will receive a slight hotfix. We've noticed that Li Dailin has a pick rate of over 30%. While we can all agree that she is a fun character, an exceptionally high pick rate like that is troublesome for the health of the game.

Nunchaku and glove both have a high pick rate. Following the update, Nunchaku is picked a bit more, but glove is showing a higher win and kill rate.

Changing skills at this point may risk the emergence of some more serious bugs, so we'll start with some balance tweaks first.
