The servers will undergo maintenance on December 24th 6pm UTC for about 1 hour

• We will be fixing several issues: some areas where you could click on non existing things, not being able to attack cameras, characters looking like teleporting when coming in and out from the range of vision, effect of traps not being properly displayed and other range of vision related issues.
  
• The maintenance may be extended necessary.
  

• All the bugs related to range of vision occurred due to some changes we have made to tackle the map cheats. All map cheats we have identified since the last update have been disabled.
  
• We are currently suffering from continuous attempts to breach the security of the game - we will keep updating our security with new updates.
  
• Anti-Cheat tools are being added, and legal actions are being prepared, including criminal charges.
  
• The handling of unauthorized programs is our top priority.
  
• Please report any case of illegal program usage in our game either through Discord DM or the support center.

[h3]Stream sniping/stalking[/h3]

We will also be keeping a close eye on any reports or cases of stream sniping / stalking. Watching another player's live stream to attempt to circumnavigate in-game restrictions, like fog of war, or to track their location, will result in punishment. Targeting another player by intentionally trying to queue against them and kill them will result in punishment.

Hello Lumia Survivors!

We wanted to clarify on how points are allocated in Ranked matches, so let's get straight into it. Once you exceed 99 LP, you will qualify for your promotion series. However, if your LP hits 99 exactly, you will have to get more points to reach your promotion series.

For example:
①When you have 98 points, you need only 2 points to reach promotion
②Then you receive, say, 50 points and reach the promotion round,
③These 50 points will carry over to the next tier.

It will display that you have 0 points if you reach exactly 99 points.
We will work on clarifying things a bit, along with an indicator that you have leveled up, in our next update.

December 23rd, 9AM PST Update (Completed)

Please download the update and restart your client to apply the hotfix.

• Character effects and sounds have been partially adjusted to run at correct locations.
  
• Sound effects for Hyejin’s Charm of Despair (Q) stack have been replaced.
  
• The text when leveling up in Duo mode and Squad mode has been updated.
  
• Chiara’s Last Judgement (R) now properly displays when it is canceled.
  
• The matching window will now automatically disappear to allow players to move onto the character selection stage.
  
• Zahir’s Eye of Azrael (P) cannot be seen by other characters now.
  
• Other characters will now no longer occasionally be "invisible" at the start of the game.
  
• The pop up for rank level placement is no longer continuously displayed.
  

Additional modifications will be made to the remaining issues. We'll be pushing out additional updates later today.
